The Web Deployment Tool is a tool and framework for simplifying migration,
management and deployment of Web applications, sites and servers. Use it to
package a Web site, automatically including content, configuration, certificates
and databases. No more complicated deployments! The packages created can be used
for versioning, backup or deployment. It can also be used to synchronize IIS 6.0
